These terms apply when you use voryai.com ("Voryai", "we"). By using the service you agree to them.

The service

Voryai is an online tool that removes the background from product photos you supply and places the product on a studio backdrop sized for online marketplaces. Processing happens in your web browser.

Your content

• You must own the photos you process or have permission to use them.
• You keep all rights to your photos and to the images you export.
• You may not use Voryai to create unlawful, infringing, deceptive or harmful content.

Plans and billing

• The Free plan exports images with a small voryai.com watermark.
• Pro ($9 per month) and Studio ($19 per month) remove the watermark. Studio also covers client and agency work.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time using the link in your receipt email, and you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
• Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, which also collects any applicable sales tax or VAT.

Refunds

Refunds follow our Refund Policy.

No warranty

The service is provided "as is". We work to keep results accurate and the site available, but we do not guarantee that every cutout will be perfect or that the service will be uninterrupted.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top of this page when we do. Continuing to use Voryai after an update means you accept the new terms.
